The next Wellbeing Weekend for Women will be held on the 15th – 17th of October at O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat, nestled amongst the picturesque Gold Coast Hinterland. The beautiful retreat and surrounding Lamington National Park is a sublime setting for a weekend of health, fitness and fun.

Wellbeing Weekends are a chance to take time out to focus on YOU, free from distractions and the stresses of your everyday life.  The weekends will leave you feeling refreshed, focused and ready to take on anything.

The two day program will focus on three key themes:

SHAPE UP AND TONE
Tiffany will lead a series of workouts tailored to your fitness journey. Immerse yourself in nature while getting a full body workout. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just starting out, there will be something for everyone.

LEARN NEW LIFE SKILLS
  • Healthy eating habits…
  • Sally Anderson, a qualified Sports Dietician & Exercise Physiologist will host an educational session to provide a better understanding of nutrition. Her session will help you identify the ideal way to fuel your body in order to meet your health and fitness goals.

    Sally has a wealth of experience in sports nutrition and weight management and is currently the dietician for the QAS Rowing and the Women’s Hockey squad. To read more about Sally visit http://www.appletozucchini.com.au

    She will also be available for one-on-one consultations for those of you looking for some extra guidance**
  • Self defence…
  • A one hour defensive footwork and assailant balance control session entitled ‘Own Your Zone’, will provide you with practical self-defense skills. The session leader is a shadow boxing champion who will empower you without any false expectations. You’ll be taught three failsafe movement principals that every woman should know.
RELAX AND UNWIND
A QiGong master will balance the weekend’s activities by leading the group through meditation, balance and breathing sessions. His sessions will soothe your body and mind.

Guests will also have the option of visiting the O’Reilly’s Lost World Spa for luxurious spa treatments and pampering **.

All packages include meals, activities, personal training and specialist sessions. Tiffany will also contact you in the weeks that follow the weekend to discuss your progress and offer encouragement.
