Personal TrainingYou can choose to train anywhere (Brisbane Southside): your home, a local park or even your workplace for a sneaky lunchtime session. To keep you interested and on your toes, Tiffany is constantly dreaming up fun new ways to workout. No two sessions will be the same.

For even better value, pre-purchase a 10 session pack and your 10th session is FREE!
Group Fitness Sessions are currently held rain or shine every Tuesday at 8:30am and 3:30pm & Friday morning at 8.30am at Real Park on the corner of Claredon & Heath Street, East Brisbane. Bookings are essential – to hold your spot call Tiffany on 0412 367 807.
