Tiffany’s Tough Training offers three training options to help you reach your health and fitness goals.

Personal Training
Get results fast with a customised one-on-one session with Tiffany.

If you want to fast track your way to a fitter, stronger and more toned body, then personal training sessions are ideal. After an initial consultation to establish your goals and assess your fitness, Tiffany will design a training program which plays to your strengths and focuses on those areas that need extra attention.

You can choose to train anywhere (Brisbane Southside): your home, a local park or even your workplace for a sneaky lunchtime session. To keep you interested and on your toes, Tiffany is constantly dreaming up fun new ways to workout.  No two sessions will be the same.

On any weight loss or fitness journey, staying motivated is the key to success. Tiffany will offer you gentle encouragement every step of the way. Get inspired by Tiffany’s success stories here and see how she has encouraged these three ladies to train their way to a better body.

Group Fitness Sessions
The perfect opportunity to socialise while getting a great workout!
Get outdoors for a full body workout at Tiffany’s Group Fitness Sessions. These one hour sessions combine boxing, weights, cardio, abs and butt exercises to help you shape up and tone.

Group Fitness Sessions are a great way to get fit, make friends and have fun and at only $10 per session, they are great value. For even better value, pre-purchase a 10 session pack and your 10th session is FREE!

Group Fitness Sessions are currently held rain or shine every Tuesday at 8:30am and 3:30pm & Friday morning at 8.30am at Real Park on the corner of Claredon & Heath Street, East Brisbane. Bookings are essential – to hold your spot call Tiffany on 0412 367 807.

Wellbeing Weekends
Take time out to revitalise your body with a two day program of health, fitness and fun.

Wellbeing Weekends are held at luxurious retreats around south east Queensland and combine workouts with education and relaxation.

Tiffany hosts a variety of Wellbeing Weekends throughout the year for couples and women.  The next Wellbeing Weekend for Women is on the 15th - 17th of October at the picturesque O’Reillys rainforest retreat nestled in the Gold Coast hinterland.  Click here for more details.
